Our Club Values
Phoenix Football Club prides itself on its core values:
Use football to provide excitement and enjoyment for everyone.
Instil commitment and dedication in all children.
Appreciate all abilities no matter how new or experienced the child.
Ensure all children act with integrity on and off the pitch.
Children from all backgrounds and abilities to show togetherness as part of a team where they can learn from each other.
The club was founded in June 2016 with the aim of giving the community’s children the opportunity to play football, regardless of their ability, race, gender or background. We are an open community club and accept all players.
We have around 350 players attending regular training every Saturday morning.
We are a club run entirely by volunteers. We have been brought together by a common goal of nurturing the future generations in our local community to achieve their limitless potential. We do this because of our love for sport, our love for our community and our desire to make a difference, therefore we ensure all our coaches and volunteers are DBS-checked and are trained in Emergency First-Aid as a minimum requirement.
All players are required to complete online registration. There is a registration fee £15 to pay upon joining which also covers membership until the end of the month. The club registration window from July to February.
