Hamzah Dhorat signs for Phoenix FC
Promising 23 year old goalkeeper Hamzah Dhorat has put pen to paper at Phoenix FC. Hamzah has had spells at Howden Clough, Norristhorpe, and more recently Littletown and Mount FC.
Hamzah brings with him a vast amount of goalkeeping experience to help Phoenix FC in their debut season in the Premier Division of the Yorkshire Amateur League.
Manager Zaf said: Hamzah is a goalkeeper I’ve admired personally for a few years. He has brilliant technical ability and completely suits our style of football. For me, one of the best south Asian goalkeepers at this level and I’m glad we have him as our number 1.
